COPIA's Daily Food Classes
Everyday there's something cooking in the Meyer Food Forum at COPIA. We offer a 25-minute food classes each day at 11:00. The class are free with admission and are taught by members of our culinary team.
While the topics of our food classes change from month to month, this class includes a cooking demonstration of a related topic to our monthly theme. And we always serve a taste of the day's recipe and provide recipes for you to take home.
Often our inspiration for our daily food classes comes from our 3 1/2 acres of edible gardens, as is the case in our pesto classes this fall. It's fun to stroll through the gardens after class to look for the same plants that provided the produce for the class you just experienced.
Whenever possible, we try to include the latest nutritional information in our daily food classes. In addition to being a professionally trained chef, Jacquelyn is a certified nutrition consultant.
The daily food class is a great way to start--your visit to COPIA. Whether it's your first visit or you're a "regular" at our Friday Taste of COPIA Lunches, we look forward to seeing you in one of our comfortable swivel chairs in the Meyer Food Forum sometime soon. Try it, you'll like it!
