Winery Donation Opportunities
COPIA has a variety of ways wineries can become involved. One way is to donate product to our wine programs. The following is a list of the wine programs COPIA offers. If your winery would like to be featured in any of these programs please contact Jeff Mathy at jmathy@copia.org.
Winery of the Week (WoW)

Winery of the Week (WoW)
- One wine offered daily to COPIA visitors at the front entrance from 10 am to 4 pm.
- WoW runs from Saturday through following Friday. Winery guest is present on Saturday from 12 – 2 pm to greet and interact with our guests.
- Depending upon the time of year, four to six cases of one wine are donated to COPIA. COPIA purchases additional wine to sell in our retail shop.
- Winery may display and promote their Wine Club, mailing list sign-up, brochures, etc.
- WoW program follows COPIA monthly themes such as, Latin America in January, Chocolate in February, and Spain in March.
- Free 30-min program offered once a day for COPIA visitors.
- Follows monthly theme such as, Latin American Wines in January, Chocolate & Wine in February, and Spanish Wines in March.
- Depending upon the time of year, two to four cases of wine are donated to COPIA for the month. Partial month sponsorships are available. COPIA purchases additional wine to sell in our retail shop.
- Flight Wine Bar open daily at Wine Spectator Tasting Table.
- COPIA visitors purchase flights of wine or glasses of wine at the Flight Wine Bar.
- Five to eight thematic flights (three wines each) are available at any one time such as, Judgment of Paris, Wine & Chocolate, and Women in Wine.
- Flights are served with selection of cheeses or tasty sweets (with dessert wine flights) and educational materials.
- Flight Wines are donated or sold at FOB to COPIA. COPIA purchases additional wine to sell in our retail shop.
- TOCL is offered every Friday and one weekend day a month. Each month follows a theme such as Comfort Food in November and Holiday Indulgences in December.
- TOCL features a three-course lunch paired with three wines. Instructors from the culinary, garden and wine departments present different aspects of the lunch program and interact with the visitors.
- TOCL lunch wines are donated to COPIA. Four cases of each wine are donated for the month. COPIA purchases additional wine to sell in our retail shop.
- WSET Intermediate Certificate and Advanced Certificate courses are offered twice a year. WSET Diploma Certificate course is offered once a year. 3 to 6 bottles needed of any one wine poured in class. Current WSET Class Schedule
